Medius Ag Exhibiting at the 2023 Commodity Classic
This week, Medius Ag will be traveling to Orlando, Florida, for the 2023 Commodity Classic. The annual agricultural show is billed by organizers as “America’s Largest Farmer-Led, Farmer-Focused Agricultural and Educational Experience.” Last year, the show attracted more than 7,800 attendees and 380 exhibiting companies. This will be Medius Ag’s second year exhibiting.
“The Commodity Classic is an ideal place for us to exhibit because, like us, it doesn’t focus on just one crop,” said Medius Ag founder and president, Brad Halladay. “Even though it is often thought of as an annual event for corn, soybeans, wheat, and sorghum, there are far more crops represented than just those four. Perhaps even more compelling to us is the size and reach of the show. Growers and researchers from nearly, if not every, U.S. state and Canadian province can be found here.”
Medius Ag recently added the Agronomic Crop Variety Trials program at Clemson University and the Colorado State University Potato Program to its growing list of partners, bringing the total states where Medius Ag has at least some presence to 21 across more than a dozen crops, including corn, soybeans, wheat, and sorghum.
The trade show is open March 9-11 and will provide Medius Ag a good opportunity to show off the new features found in Medius.Re. In late December, Medius Ag rolled out a revamped and more powerful Analytics feature that, among other things, enables its users to view data in a similar layout found on traditional yield tables. Then, in February, a simplified Comparison feature was unveiled to complement the updated Analytics feature.
Commodity Classic attendees will find Medius Ag in Booth 2311. The Trade Show will be open Thursday (March 9) from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Friday (March 10) from 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; and, Saturday (March 11) from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Visitors to the Medius Ag booth will have the opportunity to register to win Carhartt gear.
